These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of MsgToPdfConverter (the "Service"), operated by msg to pdf converter ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MsgToPdfConverter converts Outlook MSG and EML email files, along with supported attachment formats, into PDF documents. Guest use is limited to a small number of conversions; account holders and paid subscribers receive higher limits and additional features as described on our Pricing page.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected) through our payment processor, Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.
You retain full ownership of any file you upload. By uploading a file, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that file solely for the purpose of generating your converted PDF. As described in our Privacy Policy, uploaded files are never stored beyond what's necessary to complete conversion and are deleted within 24 hours.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will be suitable for every purpose, including but not limited to legal or evidentiary use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Legal Entity Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
